Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the CEO: Engage in high-level, two-way collaboration to design and implement a scalable sales system, integrating your proven strategies with the CEO’s vision.
  • Drive Revenue: Source and close high-value residential water claims deals independently, without relying on carrier or partner leads.
  • Build Referral Networks: Forge and nurture relationships with water mitigation and restoration vendors to create a robust, self-sustaining referral pipeline.
  • Architect Sales Systems: Design, document, and refine sales processes tailored to public insurance adjusting, ensuring they’re scalable and ready for team training.
  • Leverage Claims Expertise: Use your knowledge of the insurance claims process to enhance sales strategies and strengthen vendor and client relationships.
  • Track and Optimize: Monitor sales metrics, pipeline growth, and referral outcomes, delivering insights to maximize performance.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3-5 years in sales within water mitigation, restoration, or public insurance adjusting, with a track record of self-generated revenue.
  • Proven Success: Documented ability to build referral networks and close deals independently, backed by metrics showing significant revenue impact.
  • Systems Expertise: Experience creating and implementing scalable sales processes, with a history of introducing solutions that elevate existing systems.
  • Claims Knowledge: Deep understanding of the insurance claims process, particularly for residential water claims, to drive sales and vendor partnerships.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Ability to engage in strategic dialogue with leadership, refining sales approaches while incorporating feedback.
  • Relationship Building: Proven skills in cultivating vendor relationships to drive referral-based business.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills to document processes and collaborate across teams.
  • Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a drive to iterate and improve.
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for pipeline management.
  • Existing relationships with water mitigation or restoration vendors.
  • Experience mentoring or training junior sales staff.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base + Commission: $100,000-$150,000+ On-Target Earnings (OTE), with uncapped commission potential.
  • Flexible Structure: Option for 1099 commission-based compensation, either upfront or as a future transition.
  • Benefits (W-2): Comprehensive healthcare plan after 90 days; 401(k) plan after one year.
