I searched for my Morpheus, someone to show me how to conquer all obstacles single-handedly. But reality hit: I wasn’t Neo. My real calling was to be Morpheus, to build a tribe that could tackle the toughest challenges together.

Take the Danita Sue claim. A contractor brought us a tough case, and I nearly wrote it off as a small win. But Chris saw the potential, shifted it to a third-party liability claim, and our team rallied to secure $120,000 for the client. That’s us firing on all cylinders: Chris took initiative (Autonomy), we collaborated as a tribe (Belonging), delivered with precision (Competence), and left the client amazed (Wow).

Whether you’re a seasoned public adjuster or a sharp professional from insurance, restoration, or project management ready to pivot, you’ll investigate property damage claims, assess losses, and negotiate fair settlements.
We’re hunting for a Sales Manager who’s a proven revenue generator and systems builder, ideally with roots in water mitigation, restoration, or public insurance adjusting. You’ll partner directly with our CEO to architect a scalable sales machine that drives explosive growth.
